My name is Keri and I am a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (certified through MindSpace UK and Journey Meditation), Holistic Health Coach Practitioner (AADP-certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition) and M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology, specializing in behavior and habit formation (Columbia University, Teachers College). 

I came into my healing work after many years of trying to work in an industry that left me feeling physically and emotionally depleted. Upon graduating from Boston College with an honors degree in Finance and a minor in Faith, Peace, and Justice, I chose to serve as a Peace Corps volunteer in Peru because all I wanted to do was help others. When I returned, I entered the corporate world, where I spent 6 years working first in the non-profit sector in developmental finance and then as a renewable energy, project finance credit analyst at a corporate bank in New York City.

However, this sort of work left me feeling chronically anxious and stressed out; and my body and mind began to suffer as a result. With severe gut imbalances and skin flare-ups from a genetic, auto-immune condition (psoriasis), I began to study how I could use nutrition, exercise and meditation to heal myself. As my mind and body began to recover, I realized my current career path would keep returning me to dis-ease, so I decided to change career paths and use my deep passion for health and wellness to do what I initially had it in my heart to do – help others.


Most people know that eating healthy, whole foods, exercising regularly and getting enough sleep is important for physical health, but do you realize just how critical a healthy mind is for your body? Dysfunctional beliefs don’t just harm your physical body, but contribute to all the imbalances, disease and disharmony in your life, both personally and professionally.
